SMU CS301: cloud-native CRM for a retail bank, with an AI copilot.
AccordCRM is a five-person team project for SMU CS301 built for a fictional retail bank. Spring Boot microservices sit behind a Next.js backend-for-frontend and run on AWS, provisioned with Terraform. I started the Next.js frontend and built most of the agent and admin dashboards, wrote the JWT authentication layer used by every microservice, containerised the stack, set up the first Terraform deployment to S3 and CloudFront, and built SmartCRM, an AI copilot on AWS Bedrock with tool calling and guardrails.
